Tourist tax: starting from the 1st January 2014 a mandatory tourist tax of 1,35 € per person of 14 and older per day is to be paid locally. Childrean under 14 years are free of charge.
The luxury camping all-inclusive rates include:
10% VAT, hot water 24 hours a day in our ultramodern beauty oasis (showers included), outdoor swimming pool open from 24/03 - 05/11, indoor swimming pool open from 24/03 - 05/11, free access to all the guest facilities (TV room and living room), children playground and playing room for children, cable TV connection, Südtirol Guest Pass, rubbish fee, fresh water supply and sewage hook-up, WiFi, environmental tax; modern dogs bath, handicapped-accessible baths and baby room.

Opening hours: 8 a.m to 20 p.m
Daily price per person: € 12,00 (can be used without advance notice and only within the scope of space availability). The price is independent of whether this area is used continuously from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. or for less time. Beach chairs subject to availability. Children under the age of 18 are not admitted - Adults only. - SAUNA AREA “GOLDEN SPA”
Our “Golden SPA” with Finnish sauna, exclusive relax room, splendid relaxation area and experience shower is open daily from 4 pm to 7 pm. Entrance prior notice and for a limited number of people.
Price per person/entrance: Euro 11.- (independently if you stay for the whole opening time from 4 pm to 7 pm or for a shorter period within this time).
Children under 16 are not admitted in the sauna area.
On request and against payment: bathrobes, towels and flip-flop can be lent.
Opening time: 24/03 - 05/11/2023 (daily from 4 pm to 7 pm) - Grilling with charcoal is not allowed: For safety reasons, grilling with charcoal is no longer allowed from 2021.

Dogs welcome!
Dogs are welcome as long as they are well educated.
Dogs must be always kept on the leash and guests have to walk their dog always outside the complex.
Dogs are not admitted in the bathroom facilities, at the pool and in the garden area.
We require a small surcharge of € 4,90 per nights and dog.
New Style: Schlosshof's private luxury bathrooms
Rental of fully-equipped luxury bathroom (shower/WC, basin)
Rates: Euro 23,00 per day. The guest must provide for the cleaning.
Final cleaning included in the price.
Daily cleaning on demand for € 9,00/day.
HOTDEAL SEASON START 2023:
From 1st to 24th March, 2023 all pitches cost just € 41,00 per night. Flat-rate price for 2 persons, site, 1 car, 1 caravan/mobile home/tent
Children: up to 5,99 years for free
Extra prices according to the price list: Tourist tax, electricity according to consumption, children aged 6 and older / additional person
Included: Access to the luxury bath facilities, discounts at the Merano Thermal Baths, wireless LAN, dog
Please notice: the swimming pools as well as the wellness and gastronomy facilities open on Friday, 24th March 2023.
