Terms and Conditions Charme Hotel Schlosshof:
* A prepayment will be refunded by bank transfer. However we will charge from € 30 to € 50 per room as service fee.
** A prepayment will not be refunded.
- You can cancel your booking up to 30 days prior to arrival without charge.*
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will incur a charge amounting to 80% of the booking.**
This also applies to bookings made within 30 days of arrival. - Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be charged in full.
- A postponement or rebooking is only possible in form of a cancellation (according the reservation conditions) and a new booking.
- In case of late arrival or early departure the stay will be charged in full as booked.
- Cancellation fees, whatever the reason, have to be paid on sight.
Please be advised that we do not make any exception, for example neither in case of disease attested by medical report. We thank you for your understanding. - Hotel rooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
- Please give us notice if you arrive after 6pm.
- Payments: cash, debit card, VISA, Mastercard.
We recommend a cancellation insurance.
