Reservation Terms and Conditions ^{★★★★★} Luxury Camping Schlosshof:

• You can cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to arrival without charge.*
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a three nights’ room charge, independently of the number of nights booked.**
  This also applies to bookings made within 14 days of arrival.
• Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be charged in full.
• In case of NO-Show without prior cancellation we will charge in full as booked.
• A postponement or rebooking is only possible in form of a cancellation (according the reservation conditions) and a new booking.
• In case of late arrival or early departure the stay will be charged in full as booked.
• Cancellation fees, whatever the reason, have to be paid on sight.
  Please be advised that we do not make any exception, for example neither in case of disease attested by medical report. We thank you for your understanding.
• Due to organisation reasons, we cannot always grant particular sites. However, we will do our utmost to meet your wishes.
• Pitches are available from 1pm on the day of arrival and until 11am on the day of departure. Please plan your arrival and departure according to these times.
• Your pitch will be held until 6pm on the day of arrival at which time we will be entitled to re-let the pitch, unless you have notified the reception of a late arrival.

We recommend a cancellation insurance.
